- • As a Video Editor at Pearl Talent, you will be at the forefront of digital storytelling. Your core responsibilities will encompass the entire post-production workflow. You will meticulously edit raw video footage, selecting the most impactful takes, sequences, and pacing to create cohesive and engaging narratives. This involves skillfully shaping interviews, b-roll footage, and other visual elements into emotionally resonant stories that connect with viewers on a deeper level. A critical aspect of your role will be identifying and extracting high-performing moments from longer-form content to create concise, shareable clips optimized for short-form distribution across various platforms.
- • Beyond editing, you will be responsible for the post-production and visual enhancement of all video assets. 🎯 Requirements
- • 1-2+ years of professional experience as a Video Editor in agency, production, or startup environments.
- • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation.
- • Proven ability to craft compelling stories from both long-form and short-form footage, with demonstrated experience creating content for digital and social media platforms.
- • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, and strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- • Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during US business hours (PST or EST) with a stable internet connection.
- • A strong portfolio showcasing both polished brand content and engaging social media clips is highly preferred.
