• • As a Video Producer at Relayfi Inc., you will play a meaningful role in bringing the brand to life on screen by developing and executing video content that educates, informs, and entertains small business owners, directly supporting Relay’s mission to increase small business success through better money management.
• • You will develop video concepts aligned with brand and customer needs, own the YouTube channel strategy including content pillars, publishing cadence, SEO, and performance optimization, lead end-to-end production from scripting to editing, and collaborate with Brand, Growth, and Product Marketing to align video with campaigns and product launches.
• • Relay is a digital banking platform building an all-in-one, collaborative money management solution for employer SMBs, focused on delivering a human-centric customer experience and transforming cash flow from a source of stress into a clear signal for business resilience.
• • In this role, you will grow your expertise in video strategy, audience engagement, and cross-functional storytelling while building sustainable production workflows and measuring impact through data-driven decisions that tie channel performance to core business metrics.
