- • The Video Systems Manager role at Motorola Solutions is critical to ensuring the successful delivery and long-term support of video solutions, including Vehicle Intelligence, for customers across North America. This position bridges technical execution and customer relationship management to uphold service excellence and drive satisfaction.
- • Day to day, the Video System Manager oversees service delivery by managing Servicer Statements of Work (SSOW), ensuring SLA compliance, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, Customer Success, and Onsite Servicers), and serving as the primary point of contact for the full lifecycle of video solutions. Responsibilities include managing service agreements, deploying field resources, reducing time to resolution, handling escalations, maintaining operational documentation, and supporting contract renewals and technical changes.
- • The role resides within Global Services, specifically in the North America Mobile Video Managed & Support Services organization, which is dedicated to enhancing customer relationships through on-site technical expertise and professional services to drive operational acceptance and satisfaction across the broader Motorola ecosystem.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in video solution lifecycle management, strengthen consultative and sales-oriented customer engagement skills, gain experience in contract governance and service performance reporting, and grow their ability to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and data security standards.
🎯 Requirements
- • High School diploma, Associates, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, IT, Management, or Technology
- • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle sustainment account management or customer support/account management with Mobile Video, Vehicle Intelligence, or other video solutions
- • Must be capable of obtaining a background clearance as required by government customers
- • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft business software
- • Ability to achieve contract renewal and services growth goals
- • Familiarity with video solution deployment methodologies and quality processes
