📋 Description
- • VIM Specialist responsible for managing Vendor Invoice Management solutions to drive efficiency in finance operations at Hitachi Energy.
- • Day-to-day tasks include creating and processing purchase orders, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, following up with vendors, tracking open POs, reconciling supplier invoices against goods receipts, resolving invoice mismatches, liaising with Procurement and Finance teams, supporting month-end and audit activities, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- • Part of Hitachi Energy’s finance and customer service operations team, contributing to smarter financial workflows in a remote-first, inclusive environment focused on sustainable energy innovation.
- • Opportunity to develop expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), invoice lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and financial process optimization while gaining exposure to global energy industry operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience using ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and basic data analysis tools
- • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactional processing
