- • Architect and implement automated loyalty frameworks and backend systems that drive hyper-retention for top-tier users on Freecash, Almedia’s VIP engagement platform.
- • Lead the transformation of VIP support from reactive service to a systematic, proactive retention engine through product-led strategies and operational automation.
- • Design and dictate VIP-specific product features in collaboration with Fraud, Support, and Product teams to ensure alignment on elite user experience goals.
- • Build data-driven retention models that identify, segment, and activate high-value users based on behavioral signals, engagement patterns, and lifecycle stages.
- • Scale VIP engagement loops across the user journey to maximize lifetime value, reduce churn, and increase daily active usage among the top 1% of users.
- • Own end-to-end execution of VIP experience systems, from initial concept and stakeholder alignment to deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization.
- • Work closely with engineering teams to translate VIP retention strategies into technical specifications and product roadmaps with precision and urgency.
- • Define key performance indicators for VIP program success and establish dashboards to track retention, spend, engagement, and satisfaction metrics in real time.
- • Eliminate inefficiencies and red tape by building scalable, automated solutions that replace manual processes and reduce dependency on reactive support.
- • Operate with full ownership in a high-intensity, 5-day-per-week in-office environment where speed, results, and initiative are the primary drivers of success.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to align Fraud, Support, and Product teams on shared VIP objectives, ensuring consistent execution and policy enforcement.
- • Maintain deep understanding of user behavior within high-volume AdTech and gaming ecosystems to inform VIP program design and incentive structures.
- • Champion a culture of high ownership, where excellence is measured by impact, not hours, and where innovation is rewarded faster than bureaucracy.
- • Serve as the primary strategist for Almedia’s VIP ecosystem, ensuring that every feature, policy, and automation serves the goal of making Freecash the most rewarding engagement engine on the planet.
- • Constantly evolve the VIP experience based on real-time user feedback, platform data, and competitive intelligence in a rapidly scaling, profit-driven startup environment.
- • Represent Almedia’s VIP program internally and externally as the leading expert on elite user retention and loyalty in high-growth tech.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience building and scaling VIP programs in a high-growth tech environment
- • Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in CRM automation stacks and data-driven retention modeling
- • Previous experience in AdTech or high-volume gaming platforms
- • Proven ability to lead cross-functional product initiatives with Fraud, Support, and Product teams
- • Demonstrated success in shifting customer support functions from reactive to proactive, systematized retention models
- • High-ownership mindset with a bias for speed, autonomy, and results over process
