  • • As the VIP Program Lead at Loot Labs Inc., you will own the end-to-end experience for the company’s most valuable collectors, ensuring they receive a premium, personalized journey that reflects the passion and nostalgia at the heart of the collectibles ecosystem. This role is critical to deepening loyalty, driving retention, and transforming high-value customers into lifelong advocates of the Boxed.gg platform.
  • • You will serve as the primary point of contact for VIP customers, building and maintaining trust-based relationships through proactive engagement, personalized outreach, and timely resolution of escalations. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty by ensuring VIPs feel seen, valued, and consistently delighted.
  • • You will lead the strategy, execution, and operational excellence of the VIP program, managing day-to-day workflows, cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and commercial teams, and scaling initiatives in alignment with company growth. This includes owning vendor and partner relationships, overseeing procurement for VIP experiences, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with quality and service standards.
  • • You will manage VIP-related budgets with precision, partnering with Finance to track spend, prepare forecasts, conduct variance analysis, and ensure accurate reporting. Your financial stewardship will support leadership decision-making and ensure VIP initiatives deliver measurable ROI.
  • • You will act as the internal advocate for VIP customers, leading communication strategies in partnership with Marketing and Customer Experience teams, and translating VIP insights, risks, and opportunities into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders through data-driven reporting and storytelling.
  • • You will monitor key VIP performance metrics — including engagement, satisfaction, retention, and re-activation rates — using analytical rigor to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend improvements that elevate the VIP experience and drive business outcomes.
  • • You will join a remote-first, mission-driven team led by industry veterans from Microsoft, Twitch, 2K, and Boeing, working within a culture that values autonomy, low ego, and high impact. Loot Labs has already served 500k collectors and nurtured a vibrant Discord community of 125k+, and you’ll help scale this success into the next phase of global expansion.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in VIP program design, customer lifecycle management, vendor negotiation, financial oversight, and cross-functional leadership — positioning you to grow into future responsibilities such as building a VIP team, designing tiered frameworks, leading strategic partnerships, or owning global VIP strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of experience in VIP management, customer success, account management, or related operational roles with proven ownership of complex programs or workflows.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience tracking budgets, managing vendors, and overseeing procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust with high-value customers and influence senior stakeholders through clear, data-informed storytelling.
