  • • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, crypto funds, and institutional traders across Africa (Sub-Saharan and North Africa), Switzerland, and Pakistan.
  • • Manage a portfolio of VIP clients with AUM or trading volume above defined thresholds, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through regular business reviews and check-ins.
  • • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients by providing personalized service, proactive communication, and timely resolution of issues through internal coordination with product, compliance, and operations teams.
  • • Proactively identify, onboard, and grow new VIP clients through referrals, industry events, and targeted regional outreach campaigns in assigned markets.
  • • Drive trading volume growth, fee revenue, and product adoption across OKX’s ecosystem including spot trading, derivatives, OTC, earn, and Web3 products.
  • • Develop and execute territory-specific growth strategies tailored to the regulatory, cultural, and market dynamics of Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan.
  • • Represent OKX at key crypto conferences, summits, and community events within the assigned regions to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
  • • Monitor and analyze competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and macro trends impacting crypto adoption in target markets to inform client strategy and business decisions.
  • • Collect and relay detailed client feedback on product experience, features, and pain points to internal product and strategy teams to influence roadmap priorities.
  • • Identify emerging trends in VIP client trading behavior, asset preferences, and market demand to anticipate opportunities and tailor service offerings.
  • • Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and generate data-driven performance reports.
  • • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision while maintaining alignment with company values: We Before Me, Do the Right Thing, and Get Things Done.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, private banking, institutional sales, or brokerage — preferably within crypto, fintech, or financial services
  • • Proven track record managing high-value client portfolios with demonstrable revenue impact
  • • Prior exposure to African markets, Swiss financial services, or Pakistan’s fintech/crypto ecosystem is strongly preferred
  • • Experience working in or with a crypto exchange, trading firm, or Web3 company is a significant advantage
  • • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one or more regional languages (French, Swahili, Arabic, Hausa, Afrikaans, German, Urdu, Punjabi) is highly preferred
  • • Deep understanding of crypto products: spot trading, perpetual futures, options, and staking
