  • • Serve as the dedicated relationship manager for a portfolio of VIP clients with AUM or trading volume above defined thresholds, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, crypto funds, and institutional traders.
  • • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with VIP clients across Africa (Sub-Saharan and North Africa), Switzerland, and Pakistan through regular business reviews and check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
  • • Act as the internal advocate for VIP clients by coordinating with product, compliance, and operations teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • • Proactively identify, onboard, and acquire new VIP clients through referrals, industry events, and targeted regional outreach campaigns in the assigned markets.
  • • Drive trading volume growth, fee revenue, and product adoption across OKX’s ecosystem including spot trading, derivatives, OTC, earn, and Web3 products.
  • • Develop and execute territory-specific growth strategies tailored to the regulatory, cultural, and market dynamics of Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan.
  • • Represent OKX at key crypto conferences, summits, and community events in the EMEA region to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
  • • Stay current on competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and macro trends impacting crypto adoption in Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan.
  • • Gather and relay client feedback on product experience, service gaps, and feature requests to internal product and strategy teams to influence roadmap decisions.
  • • Identify emerging trends in VIP client trading behavior, asset preferences, and market sentiment to inform business planning and client segmentation.
  • • Maintain accurate client records and activity logs using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent, and leverage data-driven reporting to track performance metrics.
  • • Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability in achieving revenue and retention targets.
  • • Communicate effectively across cultures with exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and credibility with diverse client bases.
  • • Maintain deep understanding of crypto products including spot trading, perpetual futures, options, and staking to provide expert guidance to institutional and HNWI clients.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, private banking, institutional sales, or brokerage — preferably within crypto, fintech, or financial services
  • • Proven track record managing high-value client portfolios with demonstrable revenue impact
  • • Prior exposure to African markets, Swiss financial services, or Pakistan's fintech/crypto ecosystem is strongly preferred
  • • Experience working in or with a crypto exchange, trading firm, or Web3 company is a significant advantage
  • • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one or more regional languages (French, Swahili, Arabic, Hausa, Afrikaans, German, Urdu, or Punjabi) is highly preferred
  • • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and data-driven reporting
