📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated relationship manager for a portfolio of VIP clients with AUM or trading volume above defined thresholds, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, crypto funds, and institutional traders.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with VIP clients across Africa (Sub-Saharan and North Africa), Switzerland, and Pakistan through regular business reviews and check-ins to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Act as the internal advocate for VIP clients by coordinating with product, compliance, and operations teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Proactively identify and onboard new VIP clients through referrals, industry events, and regional outreach campaigns tailored to each market’s unique dynamics.
• Drive trading volume growth, fee revenue, and product cross-sell across OKX’s ecosystem including spot trading, derivatives, OTC, earn products, and Web3 applications.
• Develop and execute territory-specific growth strategies for Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan to expand OKX’s market presence and client base.
• Represent OKX at key crypto conferences, summits, and community events in the assigned regions to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.
• Stay current on competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and macro trends affecting crypto adoption in Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan to inform client strategy and market positioning.
• Gather and relay client feedback on product experience, service gaps, and feature requests to internal product and strategy teams to influence roadmap decisions.
• Identify emerging trends in VIP client trading behavior, asset preferences, and risk profiles to adapt service offerings and client engagement models.
• Maintain accurate client records and activity logs using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent to support data-driven reporting and performance tracking.
• Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, global environment with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability in achieving revenue and retention targets.
• Communicate fluently in English with clients and internal stakeholders; leverage proficiency in regional languages (French, Swahili, Arabic, Hausa, Afrikaans, German, Urdu, or Punjabi) to strengthen client rapport and market penetration.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management, private banking, institutional sales, or brokerage — preferably within crypto, fintech, or financial services
• Proven track record managing high-value client portfolios with demonstrable revenue impact
• Deep understanding of crypto products: spot trading, perpetual futures, options, and staking
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one or more regional languages (French, Swahili, Arabic, Hausa, Afrikaans, German, Urdu, or Punjabi) is highly preferred
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and data-driven reporting
• Prior exposure to African markets or the crypto/fintech ecosystem is strongly preferred
