📋 Description
- • As a Virtual Account Executive in the Virtual Account Management (VAM) team at Delivery Hero SE, you will empower local businesses to thrive in the digital economy by serving as their consultant and growth strategist, directly contributing to vendor success and revenue expansion.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning a portfolio of partner accounts, proactively managing and growing revenue through upselling, mastering telesales techniques to handle objections and drive urgency, monitoring account performance metrics to ensure operational excellence, meeting daily productivity targets for call volume and sales conversions, and maintaining precise documentation and system processing in Salesforce with 100% accuracy.
- • You will join a high-energy, results-driven team focused on enabling local partners to succeed in food delivery platforms, where your voice and consultative approach are key to bridging company offerings with partner needs in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- • In this role, you will develop advanced telesales and consultative selling skills, gain deep expertise in account management and revenue growth strategies, become proficient in Salesforce and performance analytics, and achieve measurable impact by consistently exceeding sales targets while building long-term partner relationships.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in Hungarian, Czech, German, Norwegian, or Swedish (speaking, reading, and writing)
- • Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- • Strong consultative selling ability with skills in handling objections and creating urgency
- • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for accurate documentation and account management
- • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining precision and speed
- • Experience monitoring account performance metrics and driving operational improvements
