- • We are seeking a highly experienced Bilingual Licensed Insurance Virtual Assistant (English/Spanish) to support day-to-day Commercial Lines operations. This role is ideal for a senior insurance professional with strong autonomy, deep knowledge of U.S. commercial insurance processes, and the ability to manage the full policy lifecycle with minimal onboarding.
- • The selected candidate will play a key role in policy servicing, quoting, renewals, and carrier coordination, acting as a reliable extension of the client’s internal team in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- • Key responsibilities include managing policies throughout the full lifecycle: quote, bind, endorse, renew; processing endorsements, cancellations, and policy updates accurately and efficiently; handling renewals and remarketing to ensure competitive coverage and pricing; maintaining precise and up-to-date records within the agency management system (AMS); conducting client communication via phone, email, and messaging; clearly explaining coverage options, policy terms, and premiums; supporting clients with policy changes and service inquiries; conducting multi-carrier quoting and coverage comparisons; working directly with carriers to bind, amend, and renew policies; and navigating carrier portals and underwriting requirements effectively.
- • The role supports retention and account support for B2B clients or high-level commercial accounts, requiring familiarity with U.S. insurance markets and carriers, experience supporting independent insurance brokerages, and proven experience working with Applied Epic or similar insurance agency management systems.
