📋 Description

• • As the inaugural Cardiology Attending at Devoted Health’s Devoted Medical Heart Center, you will deliver superior virtual-first general cardiology care to plan members while supervising and collaborating with a nurse practitioner-led team to build a next-generation, value-based cardiovascular care model.
• • You will provide best-in-class telehealth cardiology services, dedicating approximately 70% of your time to direct patient visits (45–60 minutes initial appointments), 20% to nurse practitioner collaboration and clinical supervision, and 10% to program development projects aimed at expanding and refining the Heart Center’s offerings.
• • You will work closely with the Congestive Heart Failure program, offering clinical oversight and contributing to its growth alongside an interdisciplinary team of NPs, nurses, health coaches, and pharmacists, all supported by remote monitoring and in-home diagnostic tools.
