📋 Description

• As a Virtual Clinical Educator, you will deliver non-promotional, disease-state-specific educational support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on behalf of Amgen, a leading biotechnology company, through Inizio Engage’s established partnership.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing inbound and outbound telephonic or virtual education on therapy and medical device use (including injection, infusion, and inhalation techniques), conducting medication adherence follow-ups, enrolling patients in educational programs, connecting them to community resources, collecting demographic and fulfillment data, and maintaining compliance with approved materials and scripts.
• You will join Inizio Engage, a global leader in healthcare commercialization services and part of UDG Healthcare plc, which partners with clients across Advisory, Healthcare Communications, Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs to deliver scalable, tailored health solutions that improve patient outcomes.
• In this role, you will develop clinical communication skills, gain experience in patient education within a therapeutic area, strengthen relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and contribute to innovative service delivery while adhering to strict quality, compliance, and documentation standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Current US RN License
• Associates Degree, Bachelors, or BSN
• Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a specific disease state or related field
• Demonstrable organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Effective and professional communication with excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant telephone manner
• Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology and live video conferencing platforms
