• • VP-Analytics, Home Specialty & Merchant Experience (L12) is a senior leadership role within Synchrony Financial’s India Analytics Hub, responsible for driving data-informed strategies that enhance customer and partner experience, optimize business performance, and support profitable growth for the Home & Auto platform.
• • The role involves leading a team of four analytics professionals, providing hands-on analytical support, managing day-to-day requests from business stakeholders, and prioritizing projects in collaboration with US-based analytics teams to deliver actionable insights on P&L performance, customer behavior, channel strategy, and portfolio diagnostics.
