- ⢠As Vice President of Cardiology at Clario, you will serve as a senior scientific leader driving measurable business impact through strategic leadership in Cardiac Safety consulting and operations, directly influencing client outcomes and regulatory engagement across therapeutic areas.
- ⢠You will represent Clario as a senior scientific expert to pharmaceutical sponsors and regulatory authorities, providing authoritative guidance on cardiac safety protocols, statistical analysis, expert reporting, and compliance while supporting enterprise-wide innovation in cardiology and biostatistics.
- ⢠Day to day, you will lead client consultations for prospective and ongoing engagements requiring Cardiac Safety or cardiac efficacy strategies, including protocol design, ECG/Holter/patch data interpretation oversight, and quality assurance activities to ensure scientific rigor and client satisfaction.
- ⢠You will partner with Sales, Product Development, Clinical Data Operations, Marketing, and Business Development teams to align cardiac safety initiatives with commercial goals, support client retention, and contribute to the validation and enhancement of Clarioâs EXPeRT and other proprietary systems.
- ⢠You will collaborate with the VP and Chief Medical Officer, Cardiology to develop, maintain, and govern enterprise-wide Cardiology policies, procedures, SOPs, and review guidelines, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scientific excellence across all lines of business.
- ⢠You will stay current with advances in cardiac safety and efficacy science, proactively educating internal stakeholders on emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory updates to maintain Clarioâs position as a thought leader in the field.
- ⢠You will provide leadership and oversight of the Biostatistics group, driving statistical innovation, supporting sponsor interactions, and contributing strategically to maximize enterprise value through data-driven insights and methodological advancements.
- ⢠You will represent Clario in high-level meetings and research collaborations with global regulatory authorities (e.g., FDA, EMA), advocating for science-based approaches and reinforcing Clarioâs credibility as a trusted partner in cardiac safety.
- ⢠You will mentor and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of scientific integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a matrixed environment where cardiology expertise intersects with technology, operations, and commercial strategy.

- ⢠Board certification in Cardiovascular Diseases
- ⢠Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience working in or consulting for the pharmaceutical industry
- ⢠Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience in Cardiac Safety and drug development
- ⢠Demonstrated experience working directly with pharmaceutical sponsors
- ⢠Proven leadership capability in crossâfunctional, matrixed environments
- ⢠High ethical standards and a strong commitment to representing Clario with scientific integrity and professionalism
