• • The VP, Compliance at CrossCountry Mortgage serves as a quality gatekeeper and operational leader, ensuring compliance programs operate with precision, consistency, and scalability by translating regulatory expectations into structured processes and reliable execution.
• • Day to day, the role involves overseeing post-closing quality control, branch audits, and compliance monitoring; managing loan file production for examinations; preparing executive-level reporting; designing SOPs and workflows; leading compliance staff; and partnering with stakeholders to implement controls and conduct user acceptance testing.
