- • The VP, Corporate Executive Program will lead the design, build, and national rollout of a corporate executive-focused wealth planning platform, transforming a high-value client segment into a scalable, repeatable revenue engine by delivering specialized planning solutions to corporate executives with complex equity compensation and liquidity needs.
- • Day to day, the role involves designing and implementing a scalable executive wealth planning offering, developing standardized frameworks for equity compensation planning, tax and liquidity modeling, and diversification strategies, creating repeatable tools and client engagement models, leading execution of high-margin revenue strategies, activating existing pipeline opportunities, training and equipping advisors, and establishing a centralized specialist team to support nationwide advisor adoption.
- • Wealth Enhancement Group, LLC is an independent wealth management firm serving over 80,000 households across 140+ offices nationwide, known for its personalized financial planning through the Roundtable and UniFi processes, with a mission to enrich clients’ lives through specialized knowledge and attentive service since 1997.
- • In this role, the individual will drive AUM growth, increase revenue per client, establish a differentiated market position, build and scale a new business line, develop cross-functional leadership skills, and gain deep expertise in corporate executive wealth planning while shaping a national platform expected to scale by 2027+.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, economics or related field
- • 10+ years in wealth management with deep experience serving HNW/UHNW clients
- • Demonstrated expertise in equity compensation (RSUs, ISOs, NSOs, ESPPs), concentrated stock and diversification strategies, and tax-aware financial planning
- • Proven ability to build and scale a new business line, platform, or specialty offering
- • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- • FINRA licenses (Series 7/63/65/66) or willingness to obtain, if applicable
