We provide them with cutting-edge technology, robust data analytics, and sophisticated operational tools designed to translate complex insights into tangible improvements in patient care.
  • • This unique approach seamlessly integrates clinical expertise with thoughtful design and a modern operating platform, creating a synergistic ecosystem that benefits physicians, patients, and payers. At Chamber Cardio, we firmly believe that groundbreaking innovation and genuine empathy are not mutually exclusive but rather complementary forces. By harnessing the power of advanced AI tools and maintaining an unwavering commitment to human-centered care, we aim to revolutionize heart health on a national scale.
  • • As the Vice President/Director of Provider Sales, you will be instrumental in driving Chamber Cardio's growth engine. This pivotal role involves architecting and executing the comprehensive strategy to expand our provider network across the United States. You will lead a dynamic team comprising Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, spearheading top-of-funnel outreach, managing full-cycle deal execution, and ultimately owning Chamber Cardio's provider acquisition targets. Your focus will span both independent practices and integrated health systems, ensuring a broad and impactful reach.

This includes demonstrated experience selling to health systems, large multispecialty groups, and physician enterprises. Crucially, you will have a proven ability to build and scale data-driven sales organizations that consistently achieve ambitious growth objectives. This role demands a leader who can adeptly blend strategic foresight with operational rigor and authentic relationship-building to cultivate a network of partners who are deeply aligned with our mission of delivering superior patient outcomes.
  • • This is a senior commercial leadership position offering direct visibility to the executive team. You will be entrusted with the critical mandate of designing and implementing the provider growth strategy that forms the bedrock of Chamber Cardio's national expansion efforts. Your strategic vision and execution capabilities will directly shape the future of our organization and the impact we have on cardiovascular health.
  • • Strategic Growth Leadership:
  • • Define, refine, and champion the overarching provider recruitment strategy, encompassing independent cardiology practices, integrated health systems, and employed cardiology settings. This involves understanding the unique needs and operational nuances of each segment.
  • • Develop sophisticated segmentation strategies and targeted go-to-market plans that are meticulously aligned with Chamber Cardio's ambitious geographic expansion goals and evolving payer landscape.
  • • Collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders in Marketing, Product, and Clinical Operations to shape compelling messaging, develop impactful sales collateral, and design innovative engagement models tailored to the specific needs and motivations of diverse provider archetypes.
  • • Translate Chamber Cardio's unique value proposition into clear, quantifiable economic benefits and demonstrable clinical outcomes that resonate powerfully with both practicing physicians and senior health system executives.
  • • Team Leadership & Execution:
  • • Lead, mentor, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • • Establish robust performance frameworks, design effective incentive models, and implement rigorous operating cadences that drive accountability, promote collaboration, and ensure consistent achievement of results.
  • • Coach team members in the art of complex consultative selling, guiding them through every stage from initial discovery and needs assessment through to successful contracting, with a strong emphasis on building deep, trust-based relationships and ensuring true solution alignment.
  • • Instill and nurture a culture of mission-driven growth, characterized by ethical conduct, data-informed decision-making, and an unwavering focus on creating tangible value for both providers and the patients they serve.
  • • Enterprise Relationship Development:
  • • Directly engage with C-suite executives and senior leadership at target health systems, physician enterprises, and strategic partner organizations to architect and close high-impact, transformative agreements.
  • • Masterfully navigate the inherent complexities of large healthcare organizations, adeptly aligning economic, clinical, and operational stakeholders to champion and facilitate the adoption of Chamber Cardio's innovative care model.
  • • Serve as a compelling brand ambassador for Chamber Cardio at key industry forums, conferences, and events, strategically positioning the company as a trusted thought leader and innovator in the rapidly evolving field of value-based cardiovascular care.
  • • Foster seamless collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient handoffs from the sales process through to implementation and the establishment of long-term, successful customer relationships.
  • • Operational Excellence:
  • • Manage sales budgets effectively, recognizing that success will require strategic allocation of resources for both remote engagement and necessary in-person travel to practice sites and client locations.
  • • Build, maintain, and rigorously manage a robust pipeline reporting and forecasting process, ensuring a high degree of clarity, accuracy, and predictability in provider growth performance metrics.
  • • Partner closely with Data Analytics and Finance teams to meticulously monitor key performance indicators such as Return on Investment (ROI), Cost of Acquisition (CAC), and conversion rates across all market segments.
  • • Continuously refine and optimize the provider recruitment engine through a process of ongoing experimentation, data-driven analytics, and systematic process improvement.
  • • Actively gather and synthesize external market intelligence, including competitor activities, network consolidation trends, and evolving payer initiatives, to inform and adapt Chamber Cardio's strategic direction and market positioning.
  • • What You’ll Achieve in Your First 90 Days:
