- • As VP of Engineering for a new product within Veeva Systems, you will lead the team building our next major AI-driven platform that will transform how Life Sciences companies manage safety, regulatory, and clinical development.
- • You will build and grow this engineering organization from the ground up, with ownership of how the team works, hires, and ships, ensuring the team operates as AI-first by leveraging AI to drive engineering productivity and discipline while building a product that applies AI in innovative ways to critical life sciences problems.

- • Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams from the ground up

- • Experience delivering complex, regulated software platforms in life sciences, healthcare, or similarly demanding domains
- • Ability to ship high-quality products quickly while maintaining strong engineering discipline
- • Strategic vision to define and execute a multi-year product and technology roadmap
