- • As VP of Engineering for a new product at Veeva Systems, you will lead the creation of an AI-driven platform that transforms how life sciences companies manage safety, regulatory, and clinical development, directly accelerating the delivery of life-saving therapies to patients.
- • You will build and grow the engineering organization from the ground up, defining team structure, hiring strategy, and engineering processes while owning end-to-end delivery of the product.

- • Within your first year, you will achieve live customer adoption and establish a high-performing, scalable engineering team that drives measurable impact on product development timelines.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading large-scale engineering organizations, including building teams from scratch and scaling them to support live product launches.
- • Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, with hands-on experience applying artificial intelligence to improve engineering workflows or product intelligence.
- • Strong background in SaaS product development, particularly in regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or enterprise software.
- • Demonstrated ability to hire, mentor, and retain top engineering talent while fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- • Experience defining and executing engineering strategy, including architecture, delivery processes, and cross-functional collaboration with product, clinical, and regulatory teams.
