📋 Description
- • Lead a global team of Technical Consultants, Migration Engineers, and Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure successful post-sale customer implementations on the Nue platform, driving technical excellence and scalability across internal and partner-led engagements.
- • Own the technical success of all customer implementations post-sale, ensuring high-quality, scalable deployments, on-time and on-budget execution, and serving as the escalation point for complex technical challenges and at-risk implementations.
- • Build and scale the Field Engineering organization by establishing hiring standards, training programs, and career paths for Technical Consultants, Migration Engineers, and Forward Deployed Engineers.
- • Provide hands-on technical leadership in Salesforce platform architecture (Apex, data model, integrations), CPQ + Billing implementations, and integrations with ERP, Tax Services, and third-party systems, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with product best practices.
- • Oversee the Forward Deployed Engineering team in solving complex, non-standard implementation challenges, building custom extensions, integrations, and automation that unblock delivery and feed back into product improvements.
- • Own data migration strategy and execution for CPQ, billing, subscriptions, and historical data to reduce implementation risk and time-to-go-live.
- • Enable partner delivery by providing technical guidance, playbooks, and architectures, supporting partner-led deployments, defining technical standards and certification requirements, and acting as an escalation layer for partner delivery issues.
- • Own key execution metrics including time-to-implement, implementation success rate, escalation rate, rework/defect rate, and partner delivery quality metrics; standardize implementation architectures, technical playbooks, and migration frameworks.
- • Leverage AI tools, automation, and agent-based workflows to accelerate debugging, solution development, and customer issue resolution, enabling the team to build faster, solve complex technical problems, and improve execution quality.
- • Drive operational excellence by reducing escalations and rework, improving technical quality of deployments, and ensuring strong technical outcomes across all engagements.
- • Contribute to scaling delivery and enabling partner-led growth, with direct impact on customer success, implementation quality, and time-to-value.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10–15+ years of experience in technical consulting, implementation, or field engineering
- • 5+ years leading post-sales technical or delivery teams
- • Deep Salesforce platform expertise including Apex, data modeling, integrations, and CPQ/Billing on Salesforce
- • Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash workflows and Enterprise SaaS implementations
- • Proven ability to deliver complex implementations, scale technical execution teams, and enable partner delivery
