- • The Vice President (VP), Corporate Tax is the senior executive leader responsible for shaping and directing Revlon’s global tax strategy, overseeing tax planning, tax accounting (ASC 740), tax compliance, transfer pricing, and tax risk management. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, this role partners closely with executive leadership to support strategic business initiatives, optimize outcomes, and ensure compliance with global tax regulations.
- • Day to day, the VP will set and execute enterprise-wide tax strategy, direct all aspects of tax accounting under U.S. GAAP/ASC 740, oversee global tax return filing and transfer pricing documentation, lead tax audits and controversies, manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities, drive tax process improvements and automation, and build, mentor, and lead a high-performing global tax team while establishing strong internal controls and governance frameworks.

- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in global tax operations at a multinational beauty leader, strengthen the tax operating model, advance key initiatives, build trusted partnerships across Finance, Legal, Accounting, Tech, and Treasury, and play a central role in delivering a more efficient, well-governed global tax function that protects and strengthens enterprise value.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent professional certification; Master’s in Taxation or related field preferred.
- • 15+ years of progressive tax leadership experience, including significant experience with a multinational organization.
- • Deep expertise in U.S. federal, state, and international tax, including tax accounting under US GAAP and working knowledge of statutory reporting.
- • Demonstrated success leading teams and managing complex cross-border issues, audits, and external advisor relationships.
- • Strong track record of partnering across functions and supporting executive leadership.
- • Expert knowledge of global tax regulations and transfer pricing requirements.

- • Base pay range of $260,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year, with target bonus eligibility.
