📋 Description

• • As Vice President of Industrial Engineering at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will define and scale the systems powering the company’s compounding and pharmacy fulfillment network, playing a critical role in enabling the next phase of manufacturing and fulfillment expansion.
• • You will lead the design and evolution of end-to-end production ecosystems—from compounding through dispensing, packaging, and delivery—ensuring compliance, scalability, and operational excellence while serving as the senior engineering partner to Pharmacy, Operations, and Quality leadership.
• • You will join a mission-driven, publicly traded health and wellness platform committed to redefining healthcare through accessible, affordable, and personalized care, operating with a talent-first, flexible/remote work approach.
• • In this role, you will build credibility with cross-functional leadership, establish rigor in capital planning and project execution, mentor and elevate engineering teams, and drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven methodologies to improve throughput, accuracy, and cost across a growing multi-site network.
