- • As VP of Infrastructure Engineering at Docker, you will lead the Bridge engineering organization responsible for the core platform that powers all Docker products, including Billing, Identity & Access Management, Data, Operations, and Platform Infrastructure.
- • You will define and own the long-term technical strategy for Bridge, anticipate infrastructure needs 12–18 months ahead of product demand, and drive foundational work before business requirements surface, ensuring the platform remains a durable competitive advantage.
- • You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of 30+ engineers and managers, fostering technical excellence, psychological safety, and customer empathy while partnering with Finance, Product, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams to enable Docker’s next phase of growth.
- • In this role, you will architect scalable, highly available systems, champion engineering excellence (API-first, zero-trust, microservices, cloud-native), own end-to-end reliability with 99.9%+ uptime targets, and establish operational practices for compliance (SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR) and global scalability.
