  • • As the VP of Marketing at Lyric Hospitality Inc., you will be instrumental in scaling our marketing function and driving significant revenue growth for our groundbreaking enterprise AI platform designed for supply chains. This is a pivotal, high-ownership role within our Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership team, demanding a strategic visionary who can not only architect marketing strategies but also build and lead a high-performing team to execute them flawlessly across the entire marketing spectrum.
  • • You will own the end-to-end marketing execution, encompassing demand generation, field marketing, and content/brand initiatives. Your primary mandate will be to generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth, directly impacting Lyric's trajectory in the market. This involves a deep understanding of how to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions for enterprise clients.
  • • A core responsibility will be to build and lead a modern, always-on demand generation engine. This engine will leverage the power of AI, advanced automation, and robust data analytics to continuously optimize channel mix, refine targeting strategies, and enhance campaign performance across the entire buyer funnel. The focus will be laser-sharp on engaging and converting enterprise buyers within Fortune 500/1000 companies.
  • • You will be tasked with establishing and evolving Lyric's marketing technology stack and underlying data infrastructure. This includes selecting and implementing the right mix of tools for marketing automation, sophisticated lead scoring, efficient content management, and comprehensive reporting and analytics, ensuring a seamless and effective marketing operation.
  • • Defining and implementing the operating cadence for the Marketing department is crucial. This involves establishing clear dashboards, accurate forecasting methodologies, and structured business reviews. You will partner closely with the Sales team, utilizing pipeline math and data-driven insights to align on ambitious goals, proactively diagnose performance gaps, and foster a culture of accountability across both functions.
  • • Building, developing, and coaching a high-performing marketing team is paramount. This requires an honest evaluation of talent, strategic placement of individuals in roles where they can excel, and the establishment of a high bar for performance and execution within the organization. You will foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • • You will manage and optimize relationships with external partners, including Public Relations (PR) agencies, brand and creative firms, and digital marketing specialists. The goal is to maximize the quality of deliverables while ensuring cost-efficiency and strategic alignment.
  • • This role requires a deep understanding of the complex B2B buyer journey, particularly for enterprise AI solutions in the supply chain domain. You will need to craft compelling narratives that resonate with C-suite executives and key decision-makers, demonstrating how Lyric's platform can solve their most pressing supply chain challenges and drive significant business outcomes.
  • • You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that span multiple channels, from digital advertising and SEO/SEM to account-based marketing (ABM) and executive events. The focus will be on creating a consistent and impactful brand presence that reinforces Lyric's position as a leader in supply chain AI.
  • • Furthermore, you will play a key role in shaping Lyric's product marketing strategy, ensuring that our messaging accurately reflects the value and innovation of our platform and effectively communicates its unique selling propositions to the target market.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 10-15+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise AI/ML, with a minimum of 5 years building and leading marketing teams within high-growth companies.
  • • Proven generalist background with expertise across demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, and content/brand, demonstrating a strong ability to connect strategic storytelling with tangible revenue outcomes.
  • • Demonstrated success in marketing complex technical solutions to Fortune 500/1000 enterprises, navigating the entirety of the B2B buyer journey.
  • • Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and CRM systems, coupled with a modern marketing mindset that embraces experimentation and stays abreast of emerging tools and tactics.
  • • Metrics-driven operator with a consistent track record of achieving pipeline and revenue targets, supported by strong budgeting and forecasting discipline.
  • • Experience managing and consolidating external agency partners across PR, creative, and digital marketing functions.
