📋 Description

• Review and refine AI-generated marketing strategies, campaign plans, content, and market analyses to ensure alignment with industry best practices
• Assess the quality, accuracy, and impact of AI-driven marketing recommendations and creative outputs using real-world senior marketing expertise
• Develop real-world case studies and scenarios grounded in hands-on experience across brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign leadership
• Create scenario variations that reflect diverse marketing channels, geographic markets, and campaign objectives to train AI models on nuanced marketing contexts
• Identify gaps, risks, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content and deliver structured, actionable feedback to improve model performance
• Guide AI models to better understand complex marketing concepts including analytics, budget management, audience segmentation, and communications strategy
• Contribute to the refinement of AI systems by applying deep knowledge of marketing metrics and strategic decision-making frameworks
• Work asynchronously and remotely on a flexible, project-based schedule of 8–20 hours per week
• Collaborate with a global community of marketing experts and AI labs to shape how artificial intelligence understands and executes modern marketing
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing support processes to ensure seamless integration into AI training missions
• Complete a brief written assessment and an AI-powered interview as part of the application and matching process
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities through the 10x Team AI Academy
• Match with AI Lab projects based on expertise, availability, and current demand — no fixed start dates or guaranteed hourly commitments

🎯 Requirements

• Senior marketing leader (VP, Director, or equivalent) with hands-on experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign leadership
• Based in the EU or UK
• Deep understanding of marketing analytics, budget management, audience segmentation, and communications strategy
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in giving clear, constructive feedback
• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable working asynchronously/remotely
• Willingness to complete a written assessment and AI-powered interview as part of the application process
