- • Design and implement an integrated marketing and sales enablement strategy aligned with divisional and enterprise goals to drive stakeholder engagement, organic growth, and customer retention.
- • Champion the launch and ongoing evolution of the divisional brand, ensuring all initiatives are strategically resourced and executed for maximum impact.
- • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans, product launches, customer events, and content marketing campaigns that amplify brand presence and directly support revenue objectives.
- • Serve as the primary architect of divisional marketing priorities, translating business needs into actionable, measurable plans with clear outcomes.
- • Develop, manage, and optimize the divisional marketing budget, ensuring disciplined financial adherence and allocation of resources to high-impact initiatives.
- • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales enablement effectiveness, and marketing ROI to demonstrate business value and inform strategic decisions.
- • Implement systems for continuous improvement to ensure all marketing investments deliver quantifiable results and contribute to divisional growth.
- • Lead the creation and deployment of sales enablement programs, tools, and resources that empower field teams, enhance digital platforms, and drive revenue growth.
- • Foster collaboration with divisional leaders, central marketing teams, and shared service functions to ensure alignment, share best practices, and maximize marketing impact.
- • Facilitate regular business reviews and marketing meetings to communicate priorities, progress, and performance to key stakeholders.
- • Maintain hands-on leadership by actively engaging in program details while guiding cross-functional teams to achieve collective goals.
- • Build and scale divisional marketing capabilities within a delegated authority business model, with a focus on specialty insurance.
- • Drive measurable customer experience improvements through strategic marketing and sales enablement initiatives.
- • Shape the future of a newly established marketing department by establishing processes, culture, and performance standards.
- • Ensure all marketing activities reflect the company’s meritocratic culture and commitment to doing what is best for customers.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role
- • Specialty insurance industry experience required
- • Proven experience launching and scaling divisional brands and leading content and field marketing initiatives
- • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, measure performance, and drive ROI
- • Experience developing Go-to-Market strategies for high-growth businesses
- • Strong presentation skills and passion for outstanding content and measurable performance
