- • Lead the development, pursuit, and closure of new health plan contracts to drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with AnswersNow’s national expansion strategy.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for health plan stakeholders, negotiating complex B2B contracts and positioning AnswersNow as the preferred ABA therapy partner in value-based care (VBC) arrangements.
- • Build and execute a strategic roadmap to expand health plan partnerships across all U.S. states, targeting 50%+ total addressable market coverage per state and 80%+ at market maturity.
- • Deliver 3–4 net new health plan contracts per quarter while increasing revenue contribution from VBC contracts in assigned accounts.
- • Collaborate with senior leadership to align partnership strategy with company-wide growth objectives and clinical service delivery models.
- • Represent AnswersNow in industry forums, payer meetings, and regulatory discussions to strengthen brand credibility and market presence.
- • Analyze market trends, payer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
- • Work closely with clinical, product, and operations teams to ensure contracted services align with the capabilities of the virtual ABA therapy platform.
- • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at health plans, including Medicaid managed care organizations, commercial insurers, and integrated delivery networks.
- • Track and report on partnership performance metrics, including contract value, utilization rates, and member outcomes, to demonstrate ROI to payers.
- • Ensure all partnership activities comply with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards applicable to autism therapy services.
- • Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, clinical operations, and finance to support contract implementation and service delivery.
- • Maintain a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare landscape, including reimbursement models, state-level autism mandates, and payer priorities.
- • Contribute to the company’s culture by embodying mission-driven leadership and fostering collaboration across a fully remote team.
- • Report directly to the Senior Vice President, Health Plan Partnerships.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence — with at least 2 years in a management or lead role
- • Strong SQL skills — you can write and review queries, understand data model design, and validate report logic yourself
- • Proven experience leading a BI migration or platform transition (Mode, Tableau, Looker, or similar to a new environment)
- • Track record of driving cross-functional alignment on data definitions — you've facilitated the messy conversations and gotten teams to agree
- • Experience managing analysts: setting expectations, giving feedback, and growing people
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills — you can translate a business question into a data requirement and a data result into a business insight
