  • • Lead the Implementation function at Perk.com, overseeing a team of approximately 35 FTEs across travel and spend modules with direct accountability for delivery quality, project throughput, time-to-live, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • • Own end-to-end implementation performance across all products and customer segments, driving measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and onboarding economics.
  • • Build and scale a structured, repeatable implementation framework to replace manual, bespoke processes, with a clear bias toward standardized delivery models over custom solutions.
  • • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to productize onboarding by embedding setup workflows into the product itself, eliminating manual services layers through default configurations and system-driven setup flows.
  • • Take ownership of technical integration complexity, particularly around ERP, finance, and HR systems, and influence the product roadmap to reduce friction and automate integration tasks over time.
  • • Develop and mentor a mid-management layer across four sub-teams, shaping leadership capabilities and raising quality standards for internal teams and external implementation partners.
  • • Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and RevOps to align implementation complexity with sales cycles, directly impacting win rates and revenue velocity by making Perk easier to buy and deploy.
  • • Design and implement capacity models grounded in data to forecast resource needs, optimize team utilization, and ensure scalable delivery without compromising quality.
  • • Treat implementation as a P&L lever by balancing cost efficiency with customer value, ensuring that operational rigor translates into commercial outcomes.
  • • Drive adoption of automation and product-led approaches to reduce manual delivery work, leveraging AI and system capabilities to transform how customers are onboarded.
  • • Operate with autonomy in an evolving function—designing processes from the ground up without relying on fully defined briefs, and thriving in ambiguity as the team scales.
  • • Maintain a hands-on leadership style, capable of designing workflows, analyzing metrics, and making data-driven decisions to improve implementation outcomes.
  • • Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, building alignment between Implementation, Product, Sales, and Engineering to prioritize initiatives that reduce complexity and accelerate time-to-value.
  • • Ensure implementation standards are consistently elevated across global operations, supporting Perk’s mission to deliver a 7-star customer experience.
  • • Represent Implementation as a core pillar of the Revenue Leadership Team, contributing strategically to company-wide growth objectives and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven SaaS implementation or onboarding leadership at scale, with a track record of developing large teams
  • • Multi-product implementation experience across a portfolio, not just one product
  • • Hands-on experience with technical integrations, particularly ERP or finance systems
  • • Ability to flex across high-velocity scalable standardised implementations as well as more complex implementations
  • • Measurable efficiency gains: reduced implementation time, standardised delivery models, clear before/after metrics
  • • A track record of using automation or product-led approaches to reduce manual delivery work
