This is not merely a brand-building exercise; it is a critical revenue-generating role. You will be instrumental in architecting and executing strategies across demand generation, event marketing, and community building, all with the primary objective of driving significant sales pipeline growth. Your close collaboration with our Business Development Representative (BDR) and Account Executive (AE) teams will be essential in crafting and delivering compelling narratives to the right buyers at the opportune moments.

  • • Your core responsibilities will encompass:
  • • Demand Generation: You will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing sophisticated demand generation programs designed to produce high-quality, qualified pipeline and to effectively fuel our outbound sales efforts. This includes identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate channels, and optimizing campaigns for maximum lead conversion and pipeline contribution.
  • • Event Marketing: You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of impactful events. This spans from intimate, high-touch customer dinners and executive roundtables to commanding presence at major industry stages. The goal is to create experiences that foster meaningful connections, generate leads, and ultimately convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • • Community Building: You will be tasked with building and scaling a vibrant community that resonates with our existing customers and prospective clients. This involves fostering engagement, providing value, and creating a sense of belonging that strengthens customer loyalty and generates organic advocacy.
  • • Messaging and Storytelling: You will define, refine, and champion the core narrative of Hatch. This involves translating our innovative AI solutions into clear, compelling messages that resonate with our target market. Ensuring this story is effectively communicated across all channels and to all stakeholders is a key aspect of this role.
  • • Go-to-Market Alignment: You will forge a strong partnership with sales leadership to ensure seamless integration and optimization of our entire go-to-market engine. This includes aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives, providing sales enablement resources, and continuously refining our GTM strategy for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • • We are seeking a leader with a minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, demonstrating a consistent history of success within a sales-led go-to-market motion. A proven track record of owning demand generation and pipeline development across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments is essential. A robust background in event and community marketing, with experience managing these functions at scale, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be a clear, compelling communicator with a pronounced bias toward execution and a willingness to be actively involved in the field, engaging directly with customers, testing new narratives, and iterating rapidly based on market feedback.
