• As the VP of Product, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the product strategy that underpins this transformative mission. • You will be responsible for driving product execution throughout the entire development lifecycle. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that product roadmaps are translated into tangible, high-quality releases. Your leadership will be crucial in orchestrating the efforts of these teams, fostering a shared vision, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of product initiatives.
• A keen analytical mind is essential for this position. You will be tasked with continuously analyzing the competitive market landscape and product data. • You will champion the product vision, articulating it clearly and compellingly to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Your ability to inspire and align diverse groups around a common goal will be critical to the success of our product initiatives.
• This role requires a leader who can foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making within the product organization. You will mentor and develop product managers, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall growth of the product team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on leadership roles.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a product leadership capacity, managing and mentoring product teams.
• Proven experience leading product teams specifically within the healthcare sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of its unique challenges and regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated success in driving product execution through the full development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Experience in an early-stage or growth-stage startup environment, with a strong understanding of the pace and agility required.
• Experience in automating manual processes through technology solutions.
• Strong product management skill-set: ability to empathize with customers, break down ambiguous problems, evaluate solution options, rally cross-functional teams around a shared vision, orchestrate execution, and measure impact.
• Experience managing and developing people, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
