We are on a mission to alleviate the immense pressure on healthcare workers, who are currently burdened by an overwhelming volume of manual tasks, inefficient processes, and often cumbersome, unintuitive tools. Our vision is to create a future where every hospital seamlessly integrates our collaborative data platform, automating routine operational and administrative duties and intelligently surfacing only the most complex issues that demand human expertise.
  • • As the VP of Product, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the product strategy that underpins this transformative mission. You will lead the charge in defining and delivering on mission-critical key results for the company, where technology serves as the primary catalyst for achieving desired outcomes. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and a proven ability to translate complex challenges into innovative, AI-driven solutions.
  • • A core aspect of your role will involve deep engagement with our customers. You will work closely with healthcare providers to thoroughly understand their unique challenges, pain points, and operational workflows. This deep empathy and understanding will be the foundation for creating effective, user-centric solutions that address real-world problems within the healthcare ecosystem. You will be the voice of the customer within the product development process, ensuring that our offerings are not only technologically advanced but also highly practical and impactful.
  • • You will be responsible for driving product execution throughout the entire development lifecycle. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that product roadmaps are translated into tangible, high-quality releases. Your leadership will be crucial in orchestrating the efforts of these teams, fostering a shared vision, and ensuring timely and successful delivery of product initiatives.
  • • A keen analytical mind is essential for this position. You will be tasked with continuously analyzing the competitive market landscape and product data. This analysis will enable you to detect emerging trends, identify opportunities for differentiation, and inform strategic product development decisions. By staying ahead of the curve, you will ensure that Clarium's platform remains at the cutting edge of innovation and competitive advantage.
  • • Becoming an expert in our clients' operational realities is paramount. This goes beyond understanding their stated needs; it involves immersing yourself in their daily routines, understanding the intricacies of hospital administration, clinical workflows, and the broader healthcare operational environment. This deep domain expertise will enable you to anticipate future needs and proactively develop solutions that drive significant value.
  • • You will champion the product vision, articulating it clearly and compellingly to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Your ability to inspire and align diverse groups around a common goal will be critical to the success of our product initiatives.
  • • This role requires a leader who can foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making within the product organization. You will mentor and develop product managers, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall growth of the product team.
  • • Ultimately, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our AI-powered platform, driving adoption, and ensuring that Clarium becomes the indispensable partner for hospitals seeking to optimize their operations and enhance patient care through technology.
