- • Review and enhance AI-generated content on operations strategy, process optimization, and resource management to ensure accuracy and industry relevance
- • Assess the practical viability of AI-driven operational scenarios and recommendations against real-world best practices
- • Develop detailed example operational cases, process improvement scenarios, and risk management exercises based on direct industry experience
- • Create multiple scenario variations that reflect the perspectives of operations managers, team leads, and key stakeholders
- • Identify gaps, flawed assumptions, or inconsistencies in AI outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve model reasoning
- • Contribute to the training of next-generation AI models by supplying nuanced, real-world insights into operations workflows and decision-making
- • Ensure AI responses align with current operational standards in EU/UK markets, including regulatory, cultural, and organizational contexts
- • Collaborate with AI training teams to refine output quality through iterative feedback loops and structured evaluation criteria
- • Maintain high standards of consistency in evaluating complex operational inputs across diverse industries and organizational sizes
- • Deliver feedback in a structured, concise, and constructive format suitable for integration into AI training datasets
- • Work autonomously on freelance project assignments with clear briefs, deadlines, and evaluation rubrics provided by 10x Team
- • Participate in onboarding and ongoing collaborative opportunities to stay aligned with evolving AI training objectives
- • Remain available for project matching based on expertise, availability, and current AI lab needs, with flexible scheduling between 8–20 hours per week
- • Ensure reliable communication and responsiveness to feedback requests and project updates from the 10x Team platform
🎯 Requirements
- • Senior operations leader or manager (e.g., VP Operations, Head of Operations, Operations Director) with a proven track record in operational excellence
- • Based in the EU or UK
- • Demonstrated expertise in developing and reviewing operations strategies, optimizing processes, and managing high-performing operations teams
- • Highly organized and skilled at providing direct, constructive feedback
- • Available 8–20 hours per week and reliable in communications
