- • As Vice President of Partner Sales Channel at Humana, you will lead the strategy, operating model, and performance management of Medicare partner distribution across call centers, BPOs, and FMOs, driving profitable growth for Medicare Advantage, PDP, Med Supp, Dental, Vision, and other Medicare products while elevating quality and STARs outcomes.
- • You will set quarterly objectives and KPIs for partner types, scale intelligent enablement tools (CRM, playbooks, AI-guided call flows), build and expand partner relationships, and lead a high-performing team of ~200 associates and 5 direct reports to improve conversion, cost-per-sale, retention, and member experience.
- • You will collaborate with Sales Integrity, Product, Marketing, Medicare Sales Strategy, and Corporate Strategy teams to align partner-channel initiatives with enterprise goals, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a culture of inclusion and high engagement.
- • In this role, you will develop data-driven strategies to drive Medicare sales growth and retention, optimize portfolio and tiered partner models, implement compliance-forward oversight, and foster a culture of excellence that supports continuous improvement and strategic alignment with Humana’s mission to put health first.
