  • • As the VP People & Talent at Nory AI, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization, taking a pivotal leadership role in steering our people strategy through an exciting phase of international growth. Reporting directly to the Founder and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of leading and scaling our People function, with the Head of People reporting into your leadership.
  • • Your primary mandate will be to architect and implement a robust, scalable people infrastructure that underpins our ambitious global expansion plans. This involves setting and overseeing a comprehensive global talent strategy, ensuring that our hiring processes are disciplined, of the highest quality, strategically paced, and meticulously aligned with our long-term capability requirements. You will own and drive the international workforce strategy, fostering a cohesive, inclusive, engaged, and high-performance team that thrives across all our operational geographies.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve designing and continuously evolving our organizational structure to effectively support our international expansion initiatives, with a particular focus on a successful and seamless entry into the US market. This requires a strategic foresight to anticipate future needs and build a framework that allows for agility and sustained growth.
  • • You will serve as a trusted executive partner, acting as a strategic advisor and insightful challenger to the Board, Founder, and SLT. This partnership will be built on providing clear, data-driven visibility into our workforce strategy, organizational health metrics, and potential talent risks, thereby enabling informed and strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the company.
  • • A key responsibility will be to coach and challenge senior leaders across all echelons of the organization. Your guidance will be crucial in developing leadership capabilities and ensuring sufficient succession depth for critical roles, thereby building a resilient and capable leadership pipeline.
  • • You will be tasked with embedding a high-performance framework that not only drives measurable outcomes and accountability but also cultivates a culture where consistently high standards are the norm, and underperformance is addressed with decisiveness and fairness.
  • • To attract and retain the best talent, you will be responsible for building a compelling employer brand that resonates with top-tier professionals. Concurrently, you will design and implement a competitive and commercially aligned total rewards strategy that is effective across all our international markets, ensuring we remain an employer of choice.
  • • Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across our diverse jurisdictions will be paramount. You will also play a vital role in defining, stewarding, and championing our unique culture and values, ensuring their consistent alignment, behavioral clarity, and positive reinforcement across all markets.
  • • You will lead the charge in building and scaling our people operations infrastructure, implementing efficient systems, and establishing robust governance to support our rapid, data-driven international growth. This includes optimizing HRIS, payroll, and other essential people systems.
  • • Mentoring and leading the Head of People and the broader People team will be a core function, fostering their development and ensuring the team operates at peak effectiveness to support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • • You will champion an AI-native approach to people operations, leveraging new tools and technologies to supercharge our hiring, onboarding, and scaling processes, ensuring Nory remains at the forefront of HR innovation.
