You will lead a high-performing, global team of product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. • • You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Regulatory Content, Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Executive Leadership, to ensure the delivery of differentiated, high-impact solutions that address the complex needs of global enterprises. Your leadership will be key to scaling our enterprise SaaS platforms, navigating intricate global regulatory landscapes (such as REACH, TSCA, RoHS, SCIP, GHS, and Prop 65), and implementing disciplined product management practices within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• • **Define Vision & Strategy:** You will establish and clearly articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy for Sphera’s Product Stewardship portfolio, ensuring alignment with overarching corporate objectives, revenue targets, and strategic market expansion plans. This involves identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities across diverse industries, geographies, and regulatory domains, and crafting product positioning that reinforces Sphera’s status as the undisputed global leader in product compliance and chemical management.
• • **Own the Product Lifecycle:** You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and development through to launch, sustained growth, and ongoing optimization. A key responsibility is building and maintaining a transparent, value-driven product roadmap that is meticulously aligned with evolving customer needs and dynamic market demands. This includes strategically prioritizing investments in platform capabilities, regulatory content, crucial integrations, AI/automation advancements, and enhancing the overall user experience.
