- • As VP of Revenue Marketing at Flashpoint Intel Inc., you will lead a high-performing team responsible for generating more than half of the company’s new business, driving pipeline growth through strategic alignment of marketing, sales, channel, and intelligence functions in a remote-first U.S. environment.
- • You will own the distribution of Flashpoint’s proprietary threat intelligence data to target accounts and buyers, ensuring the right insights reach decision-makers via optimal channels while collaborating across marketing, direct sales, channel, and intel teams to maximize velocity and impact.
- • The Revenue Marketing team is already a proven engine of company growth, and your mandate is to elevate its programs, partner, field, and BDR capabilities by leveraging data and AI to improve predictability, visibility, and scale.
- • You will lead an energetic, cross-functional team spanning digital marketing, programs, operations, event and field marketing, and business development representatives (BDRs), fostering agility and experimentation to scale what works.
- • In your first 30 days, you will immerse yourself in Flashpoint’s ideal customer profile (ICP), baseline current workflows across BDR, event/field, programs, and ops teams, analyze historical performance data, and identify 2–3 quick wins for immediate alignment and tuning.
- • By day 60, you will establish forward-looking reporting to track progress against future targets, optimize the BDR performance framework for consistent output and quota support, and execute on identified quick wins while monitoring their impact.
- • By day 90, you will achieve a steady-state rhythm where event/field, BDR, programs, and digital channels operate as a unified engine, iterate on quick wins based on measured results, and elevate metrics by incorporating holistic pipeline impact and PE-grade measures into team rhythms.
- • You will be accountable for both sourced and influenced pipeline, prioritizing measurable outcomes over activity, and balancing time, effort, and resources across channels to maximize velocity and impact in enterprise cybersecurity markets.
- • Your leadership will be defined by an agile, experimental mindset—making fast decisions with early data, learning from failures, and scaling successful initiatives while encouraging your team to do the same.
- • You will bring an AI-first approach to all initiatives, using modern AI tools to increase efficiency, multiply output, and drive positive business outcomes in growth opportunities, problem-solving, and process iteration.
- • With a proven track record managing outbound-focused BDR teams in enterprise segments, you will help talented BDRs grow into account executives while unlocking territory growth alongside account executives (AEs).
- • You will demonstrate deep understanding of target account motions, intent data, and automation to drive large opportunities through sophisticated buying cycles in cybersecurity and geopolitical risk markets.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing or Demand Generation, with at least 5 years of senior people management experience.
- • Cybersecurity domain expertise, including understanding of large enterprise sales motions, cybersecurity buying centers, and buying cycles.
- • Proven track record of scaling revenue functions in a $50M–$150M ARR environment, with PE experience considered a plus.
- • Specific experience managing and scaling BDR/SDR organizations in the enterprise segment.
- • Financial fluency in discussing pipeline metrics across teams and the ability to cascade them to campaign levels or roll them up to bookings targets.
- • Demonstrated proficiency as a "Power User" of modern AI tools, with a proven record of using AI to increase efficiency, multiply output, and drive business outcomes.
