- • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic VP of Revenue Operations to join our award-winning team and play a pivotal role in transforming an essential industry. This leader will serve as a key strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and the broader executive leadership team. The VP of Revenue Operations will be instrumental in owning and optimizing the critical systems, processes, and analytics that drive revenue predictability and overall performance. This role carries significant accountability for ensuring forecast integrity, developing robust capacity and coverage models, enhancing Go-To-Market (GTM) efficiency, and fostering seamless cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Client Success, and Finance departments.
- • The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee and elevate our GTM strategy through advanced data and analytics initiatives. This includes the direct management of our Sales Operations function, as well as the Proposal and Solution Engineer teams. The VP will be tasked with maximizing the effectiveness of our lead generation processes, providing clear and actionable metric visibility across the revenue funnel, and delivering data-informed insights to guide critical business decisions and shape strategies that accelerate revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a scalable and efficient revenue engine, ensuring that our sales and marketing efforts are aligned, data-driven, and optimized for maximum impact.
- • Key responsibilities will encompass the development and implementation of a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that supports SpryPoint's aggressive growth objectives. This includes refining and managing the sales process, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within our CRM and other sales technology stack, and developing dashboards and reports that provide real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs). You will lead the charge in identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies within the GTM motion and implementing solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity. Furthermore, you will be responsible for territory planning, quota setting, and compensation plan design to ensure alignment with company goals and motivate the sales team.
- • This role requires a leader who can translate complex data into actionable strategies, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and build strong relationships across departments. You will champion the use of data and analytics to drive informed decision-making, enabling the executive team to understand market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales performance with greater clarity. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SaaS sales methodologies, CRM best practices, and the tools and technologies that support a high-performing revenue organization. Your ability to forecast accurately, manage pipeline health, and optimize sales enablement resources will be critical to your success and the success of the SpryPoint revenue team.
- • You will also play a key role in evaluating and implementing new technologies and processes to enhance our GTM capabilities. This includes staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue operations, sales enablement, and sales technology. Collaboration with IT and other departments will be essential to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new tools.
