Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Lead Revenue Operations at 8x8 by optimizing the go-to-market engine through integration of sales, marketing, finance, and technology into a scalable, high-performing system.
  • • Champion AI and automation across RevOps functions including pipeline analysis, forecasting, lead scoring, reporting, and workflow automation — implementing tools now to eliminate manual work and enhance seller productivity.
  • • Identify and replace high-friction, manual processes with intelligent, scalable solutions that reduce operational overhead and drive efficiency.
  • • Own end-to-end sales process design and optimization, including lead management, pipeline governance, and stage progression, ensuring consistent and accurate progression across the sales funnel.
  • • Partner directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leadership on territory design, resource allocation, quota setting, and capacity modeling to align sales strategy with business objectives.
  • • Own the annual and quarterly sales planning cycle, ensuring team goals are tightly aligned with company-wide revenue targets and strategic priorities.
  • • Develop, track, and manage KPIs across the sales organization, leading performance forecasting and delivering executive-level insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • • Evaluate, implement, and manage the RevOps tech stack including CRM (Salesforce strongly preferred), sales automation tools, analytics platforms, and AI-native applications.
  • • Lead system integrations that improve reporting accuracy, sales productivity, and cross-functional data flow.
  • • Build dashboards and operational frameworks that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and sales performance for leaders and executives.
  • • Lead board-level reporting and executive business reviews, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for C-suite stakeholders.
  • • Drive data-driven decision-making across the GTM organization, from rep-level metrics to enterprise-wide revenue forecasts.
  • • Lead sales and channel enablement strategy, including onboarding programs, training, and continuous skill development to ensure rapid ramp-up for new hires and sustained performance for tenured reps.
  • • Align with Marketing on pipeline generation, lead management, and demand strategy to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
  • • Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and revenue recognition to maintain financial integrity and alignment with operational outcomes.
  • • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to integrate customer feedback into GTM planning and compensation design.
  • • Lead, coach, and develop the RevOps team, building a bench of talent, creating clear growth paths, and fostering a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and bold thinking.
  • • Build a scalable RevOps organization that grows in lockstep with the business, prioritizing automation over headcount expansion.
  • • Ensure the sales team is equipped with the right technology and processes to perform at peak efficiency and maintain process adherence.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 7–10 years in Sales or Revenue Operations, with at least three years in a global leadership role
  • • Demonstrated experience deploying AI tools and automation to improve GTM operations — not just evaluating them
  • • Proven track record of process optimization in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • • Deep fluency in CRM platforms (Salesforce strongly preferred) and the modern RevOps tech stack
  • • Strong analytical skills — able to move from raw data to executive-ready insight
  • • Experience with sales compensation design and incentive structures

🏖️ Benefits

  • • Opportunity to work with an integrated Customer Experience platform at the forefront of AI adoption
  • • Collaborative environment with engaged leadership and real data-driven decision-making
  • • Eligibility for discretionary merit increases, bonus, and/or stock compensation
  • • Participation in E-Verify program for U.S.-based roles
  • • Reasonable accommodations provided for individuals with disabilities
  • • Equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics
