  • • Lead the global sales strategy for Unlimit’s fintech infrastructure platform, driving revenue growth across key markets including London, San Francisco, Singapore, SĂŁo Paulo, and Mexico City.
  • • Build and manage high-performing sales teams focused on enterprise clients in the borderless agentic economy, targeting businesses seeking programmable financial accounts, global payment acceptance, and digital asset rails.
  • • Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans aligned with Unlimit’s mission to unify hyper-local payment ecosystems into a single global financial layer.
  • • Partner with product, regulatory, and engineering teams to translate market feedback into product enhancements that accelerate customer acquisition and retention.
  • • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with enterprise clients, fintech partners, and financial institutions to expand Unlimit’s footprint in fragmented local markets.
  • • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and pipeline development to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with Unlimit’s regulatory and compliance standards.
  • • Define and track key sales metrics including CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, and conversion rates to optimize sales efficiency and forecast accuracy.
  • • Represent Unlimit at global industry events, client summits, and regulatory forums to position the company as the leading infrastructure provider for autonomous commerce.
  • • Collaborate with marketing and demand generation teams to create targeted campaigns that attract high-intent enterprise buyers in fintech, e-commerce, and digital asset sectors.
  • • Ensure all sales activities comply with Unlimit’s extensive global license portfolio and regulatory depth across jurisdictions.
  • • Scale sales operations by implementing scalable processes, CRM best practices, and sales enablement tools tailored to a global, multi-currency, multi-regulatory environment.
  • • Mentor and develop sales leaders and account executives, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  • • Work closely with regional leads in key hubs to localize sales approaches while maintaining global consistency in messaging and value proposition.
  • • Drive adoption of Unlimit’s programmable operating layer by demonstrating its ability to turn global expansion into a matter of code, not geography.
  • • Maintain deep understanding of competitive landscape in global payment infrastructure and differentiate Unlimit’s integrated technology stack.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record of leading sales teams in fintech or global payment infrastructure
  • • Experience selling complex B2B SaaS or financial technology platforms to enterprise clients
  • • Deep understanding of cross-border payments, digital assets, or programmable financial systems
  • • Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations across multiple international markets
  • • Strong knowledge of global financial regulations and compliance frameworks
  • • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives in fintech and tech companies
