- • The VP, Segment CIO – Home Solutions is a senior executive role responsible for defining and executing multi-year technology strategies that improve patient, clinician, and operator experience while running large, complex technology environments for Humana’s CenterWell Home Health and OneHome businesses.
- • Day to day, the role involves aligning technology strategy to enterprise priorities, defining and executing 3–5-year technology roadmaps, leading architecture and platform strategy for agility and scalability, overseeing technology standards and cybersecurity posture, managing service delivery and SLAs, and leading a high-performing technology organization of ~150 associates and partners.
- • The role sits within Humana’s CenterWell and Corporate Services organization, reporting to the SVP & CIO for CenterWell and Corporate Services, and operates in a matrixed model with Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, and Cybersecurity teams to drive digital transformation and operational excellence across the home-based care continuum.
- • The person in this role will have the opportunity to lead large-scale, multi-year transformation programs including AI-enabled initiatives, drive innovation through business process redesign and new digital capabilities, influence executive and Board-level stakeholders, and develop future technology leaders while contributing to Humana’s mission of improving health outcomes for millions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- • 15+ years of IT experience, including leading large, distributed technology organizations.
- • 8+ years in senior leadership or large-scale transformation roles (industry or consulting).
- • Proven experience defining digital roadmaps and leading enterprise-wide, cross-segment programs.
- • Strong executive communication skills, including Board-level engagement.
- • Experience with M&A integration, platform standardization, and modernization.
