- • The VP, Value Advisory & Insights (Employer Retirement Solutions) is a senior leadership role at Alight, Inc., responsible for advancing the company’s wealth strategy through thought leadership, market engagement, client stewardship, and value selling in the retirement and financial wellbeing space. This position is critical to positioning Alight as a trusted advisor by leveraging deep industry expertise, data-driven insights, and executive presence to influence clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the development and execution of thought leadership initiatives such as blogs, articles, and commentary on wealth trends and participant behavior; translating complex data into compelling narratives for clients and industry audiences; representing Alight at conferences, webinars, and investor events as a recognized voice in retirement solutions; delivering impactful presentations to institutional investors and industry groups; analyzing retirement plan data against market trends to identify optimization opportunities; supporting client stewardship with data-driven insights and benchmarks; partnering with sales teams to develop business cases and ROI analyses for new business pursuits; and synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights that demonstrate the differentiation and value of Alight’s solutions.

🎯 Requirements
- • 20+ years of experience in the retirement and financial wellbeing space
- • Deep domain expertise in employer retirement plans and participant behavior
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data
- • Proven consultative skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients
- • Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- • Demonstrated ability to speak confidently in front of large audiences and represent the organization externally
- • Experience developing thought leadership and contributing to industry dialogue
