- • As a Warehouse Allocation Analyst at Zillow Group, you will help power a more seamless mortgage experience by managing daily warehouse allocation and funding activities across multiple facilities, ensuring loans are allocated, funded, and moved off warehouse lines accurately, efficiently, and with low operational risk.
- • You will execute daily warehouse allocation decisions using eligibility, concentration, advance rate, product, and investor guidelines; support funding execution including file submissions and exception handling; run and maintain recurring reports; investigate and reconcile variances; manage collateral reporting; monitor warehouse line capacity; partner with Capital Markets Operations, Funding, Treasury, Accounting, and Collateral teams; and improve processes by updating documentation and refining controls.
- • You will join Zillow Home Loans’ Capital Markets team, which plays a key role in creating a simpler mortgage experience by ensuring reliable warehouse funding, strong execution, and effective pipeline risk management.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in mortgage capital markets, warehouse lending operations, and collateral management while strengthening analytical, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of mortgage or capital markets experience, including exposure to warehouse lending, funding, collateral, reconciliations, or allocation processes
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- • Strong Excel and Google Workspace skills, with experience working with large data sets, reconciliations, reporting, lookups, and pivots
- • Familiarity with loan origination systems such as Encompass and warehouse lender reporting tools
- • Working knowledge of warehouse funding flows, account structures, and the warehouse loan lifecycle
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with sound judgment on when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate
- • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative, flexible approach to working across teams
