- • As a Warehouse Site Leader at Deliveroo, you will be the operational cornerstone of the Hop site in Milan, ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction by overseeing daily warehouse activities and coordinating with riders and management.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include supervising order pickups, managing store opening and closing procedures, communicating with riders for prompt deliveries, managing the shipping and packaging areas, scanning deliveries, recording complaints, handling empty deliveries per procedure, conducting accurate inventory counts, collaborating with Assistant and Warehouse Managers, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free warehouse environment.
- • You will be part of Deliveroo’s operations team, working within a fast-paced, customer-focused logistics network that is now integrated with DoorDash and Wolt, contributing to a global food delivery ecosystem that prioritizes speed, accuracy, and service quality.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and operational expertise in warehouse management, gain hands-on experience in inventory control and team coordination, and build a foundation for career growth in logistics and operations within a dynamic, evolving marketplace.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience in a similar warehouse or logistics environment is preferred
- • Fluent Italian (mandatory) and basic English (nice to have)
- • Willingness to work 40-hour shifts per week with hourly flexibility
- • Experience in achieving operational targets
