• Our Site Operations team powers the physical side of our marketplace through HOP (our rapid grocery delivery service) and Editions (our network of delivery-only kitchens).
• As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll be the beating heart of our daily site operations, maximizing customer satisfaction by ensuring our loyal customers receive their household essentials as quickly as possible.
• You’ll be joining the HOP Operations team, responsible for the end-to-end management of our rapid grocery delivery sites, ensuring inventory accuracy and lightning-fast dispatch.
• Your day-to-day will involve driving dispatch excellence, managing inventory rigour, maintaining operational standards, and collaborative leadership.
• You’ll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong expertise in operational experience, performance driven, natural leadership, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability.

🎯 Requirements

• Operational Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, or Last-mile delivery is a major plus).
• Performance Driven: A track record of hitting goal targets, such as pick times or dispatch KPIs.
• Natural Leadership: A 'lead by example' mentality with a genuine passion for motivating and coaching junior team members.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive approach to finding new ways to improve site operations and resolve challenges as they arise.
• Adaptability: The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-energy, positive team environment.
