📋 Description

• As a Warehouse Supervisor at Deliveroo Holdings plc, you will be the beating heart of daily site operations in the Canning Town HOP team, ensuring customers receive their household essentials quickly and accurately by driving dispatch excellence, managing inventory rigour, maintaining operational standards, and leading collaborative efforts to uphold site efficiency and safety.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing order picking to meet time targets, leading the dispatch area for seamless packing, unloading deliveries with strict adherence to procedures for inventory accuracy and date rotation, maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse through urgent hazard resolution and regular H&S checks, partnering with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager to ensure smooth site operations and procedural compliance, and owning stock integrity by ensuring 100% accurate stock counts across all designated counting areas.
• You will join Deliveroo’s Site Operations team, which powers the physical side of the marketplace through HOP (rapid grocery delivery) and Editions (delivery-only kitchens), combining retail and hospitality expertise with operational rigour to launch new sites and ensure excellence across markets, all driven by impact, innovation, and growth in a mission to transform how people shop and eat.
• In this role, you will develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment with structured progression pathways, gain hands-on experience in end-to-end grocery site operations, improve problem-solving and adaptability in high-energy teams, and grow through real-time impact by turning operational challenges into positive customer experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, or Last-mile delivery is a major plus)
• Track record of hitting goal targets, such as pick times or dispatch KPIs
• Natural leadership with a 'lead by example' mentality and passion for motivating and coaching junior team members
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving site operations and resolving challenges
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-energy, positive team environment
