- • As a Warehouse Supervisor at Deliveroo Holdings plc in Manchester, you will be the beating heart of daily site operations for the HOP rapid grocery delivery service, ensuring customers receive their household essentials quickly and accurately.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include driving dispatch excellence by overseeing order picking to meet time targets, managing inventory rigour through accurate unloading and stock rotation, maintaining operational standards by ensuring a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse, providing collaborative leadership with the Warehouse Assistant Manager and Manager, and owning stock integrity by ensuring 100% accurate stock counts across all designated areas.
- • You will join the Site Operations team, which powers the physical side of Deliveroo’s marketplace through HOP and Editions, combining retail and hospitality expertise with operational rigour to launch new sites and ensure excellence across markets.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment, gain hands-on experience in end-to-end warehouse operations, and progress through structured career pathways while solving real-time problems that directly impact customer satisfaction.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments (FMCG, Retail, Warehouse, or Last-mile delivery is a major plus)
- • Track record of hitting goal targets, such as pick times or dispatch KPIs
- • Natural leadership with a 'lead by example' mentality and passion for motivating and coaching junior team members
- • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to improving site operations and resolving challenges
- • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-energy, positive team environment
