• • As a Web Designer at Solace, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our brand's presence across the digital landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to craft elegant, high-performing web experiences, utilizing Figma for design conceptualization and Webflow for bringing these visions to life through its native builder. This role extends beyond mere visual aesthetics; you will be entrusted with shaping the entire website experience, from spearheading major redesign initiatives to implementing continuous improvements and developing targeted landing pages.
• • You will be an integral part of our creative team, collaborating closely with the Marketing department. Your work will ensure that our website is not only visually appealing but also exceptionally fast, intuitively navigable, and optimized for conversions. • • Key responsibilities include leading comprehensive website redesign projects from the initial conceptualization phase through to successful launch. You will be tasked with designing sophisticated and scalable web experiences within Figma, meticulously translating these designs into production-ready builds using Webflow's native builder.
• • Furthermore, you will assume ownership of site maintenance, which encompasses updating visuals, evolving existing layouts, publishing new content, and continuously refining the user experience. A significant aspect of your role will involve building high-performing, conversion-focused landing pages to support marketing campaigns and A/B testing experiments.
• • Ensuring a seamless and excellent responsive experience across all devices—desktop, tablet, and mobile—is critical. You will also be responsible for optimizing the website for speed, accessibility, SEO, and adhering to all performance best practices. This involves a close partnership with our copy, brand, lifecycle, performance, and SEO teams to ensure the delivery of cohesive and impactful web experiences.
• • You will play a key role in contributing to and evolving our established design system and our Webflow component library, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all web assets. A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for enhancing user experience, improving clarity, and driving conversions will be highly valued.
