📋 Description

• As a Web Developer at ServiceTitan, you will join the Web Team responsible for four flagship marketing websites—servicetitan.com, youraspire.com, convex.com, and fieldroutes.com—critical to the user journey and pipeline generation program.
• You will collaborate with designers, marketers, QA Engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional, visually appealing, and technically advanced websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue, TailwindCSS, Next.js, Gatsby, Node.js, Express.js, and headless CMS platforms like Contentful.
• Your day-to-day includes developing custom solutions, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness, implementing SEO, accessibility (WCAG), performance tuning, integrating third-party APIs and tools, conducting testing and debugging, maintaining existing sites, and staying current with emerging web technologies.
• You will work in a rapid-growth environment with smart, cross-functional teams, gaining expertise in modern web development practices, AI integration in development workflows, and end-to-end project delivery while contributing to high-impact marketing platforms that drive business growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries such as React Js, Vue JS, and TailwindCSS
• Experience with static site generator frameworks like Next JS or Gatsby JS
• Proven experience in software development best practices including TDD, CI/CD, GIT, Gitflow, and automated E2E testing
• Solid understanding of Node JS and experience with server-side frameworks (e.g., Express.js)
• Experience with Contentful or similar headless CMS
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO best practices, and website performance optimization techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for fast-paced, team-oriented environments

• Expected compensation range of $94,700 CAD - $142,100 CAD base salary, plus equity, bonus eligibility, and total rewards package
