• • As a Website Developer (Contract) at Zip, you will play a pivotal role in building, scaling, and optimizing the company's marketing website and associated web experiences. This position is uniquely situated at the nexus of design, content, and product strategy, requiring you to translate high-fidelity designs into functional, performant, and accessible web pages that adhere to the highest industry standards. You will be instrumental in bringing Zip's digital presence to life, ensuring it effectively communicates the company's value proposition and engages its target audience.
• • Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of the implementation of page templates and reusable components within Webflow, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all of Zip's web properties. You will act as a strategic partner to the demand generation team, proactively identifying and executing experiments aimed at enhancing visitor conversion rates. This involves a deep understanding of user journeys and conversion funnels, and the ability to translate insights into actionable web development strategies.
• • A core aspect of this role involves translating static design mockups into dynamic, responsive, and interactive web experiences. This requires a keen eye for detail and a strong command of front-end technologies to ensure that the final product is not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-friendly across all devices and browsers.
