📋 Description

• Own and execute the end-to-end development and optimisation strategy for Montu UK and Alternaleaf websites, aligning all digital initiatives with business and growth objectives.
• Build, maintain, and optimise website pages and templates using Webflow and Wix as primary platforms, ensuring scalability and consistency across all digital properties.
• Develop and implement custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code within Webflow and Wix to enhance functionality, design, and user experience beyond native capabilities.
• Act as the technical owner for all website-related projects, ensuring adherence to best-in-class web standards, mobile-first design, accessibility compliance, and page speed optimisation.
• Translate marketing, product, and brand initiatives into seamless on-site user journeys that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
• Implement and manage conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and usability testing to continuously improve key performance metrics.
• Monitor and analyse site performance and user behaviour using Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other analytics platforms to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Apply SEO best practices across technical implementation, site structure, metadata, schema markup, and content optimisation to enhance organic visibility and search engine rankings.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, pharmacy, product, and growth to ensure alignment between website functionality and campaign objectives.
• Ensure landing pages and digital campaigns are optimised for performance by coordinating with content, SEO, CRM, and paid media teams to maximise campaign ROI.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve conversion funnels, upselling, and cross-selling through data-driven design and user experience enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements in regulated environments, particularly regarding data handling, secure form integration, and patient privacy standards.
• Conduct regular audits of website performance, compliance, and technical health to proactively address issues before they impact user experience or business outcomes.
• Stay current with evolving Webflow and Wix features, web technologies, and digital marketing trends to continuously innovate and improve digital asset performance.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where iterative testing, data-backed decisions, and rapid iteration are core to success.
• Manage CMS workflows efficiently to support non-technical teams in updating content while maintaining structural integrity and SEO consistency.
• Integrate and manage API connections between website platforms and third-party tools including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
• Balance creative freedom with strict compliance demands in the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector to deliver innovative yet legally sound digital experiences.
• Document technical implementations, workflows, and best practices to enable knowledge transfer and team scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in website marketing, product management, or digital strategy
• SME with hands-on expertise in Webflow and Wix (must-have)
• Proficient in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript (ability to customise components)
• Strong understanding of web performance optimisation, custom code within Webflow, and structured data (schema) for enhanced SEO
• Experience working in regulated environments and balancing compliance with creativity
• Strong track record of improving site performance and conversion rates
